Refund Policy

When purchasing from Wolfe Innovative, We want you to feel confident that you made the right choice regarding parts for your project. With that said, All parts made by Wolfe Innovative will be measured and tested before we ship your product.

New/Non-Opened - Due to the nature of our business, ALL WOLFE INNOVATIVE parts are made to order with an average lead time of two-four weeks. Despite order status, once an order is placed such can only be cancelled or the ordered items returned (if already shipped) for a partial (50%) refund up to THIRTY days after purchase. In order to receive such, the parts returned must be undamaged and in resell-able condition. Shipping charges will be not be refunded.

Past 30/Used Parts - Wolfe Innovative parts/products may qualify for a partial refund upon return on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you would like a return our products for any reason and at any time.

Third party products, linked to on this website, will not be covered by Wolfe Innovative in any way. Please contact the third party vendor for returns.
